Team Shine On Dinner

 Thursday nights can be fun nights out too, specially when you have no class the next day. Me and the newest member of the so called #TeamShineOn, Marcos (@marcosrado) went to have dinner at Foste'r Hollywood. We also brianstormed a couple amazing ideas for "Shine On" and made some exciting plans for the future. Of course we took a few pictures, just to show you my oufit!

 Las salidas nocturnas en jueves son más que una buen idea, especialmente cuando no tienes clase al día siguiente. Yo y mi nuevo miembro del #TeamShineOn, Marcos(@marcosrado)nos fuimos a cenar a Foster's Hollywood. Estuvimos debatiendo sobre posibles planes para "Shine On" y su futuro. Por supuesto que tomamos unas fotos y os la traigo aquí para que veáis mi outfit.

Summer 2013 Trends: Surfer Girls Edition

Hi Beauties! Those of you who have been following me for a while, you know that the only trends I follow like cray cray are the my trends. Little beauty and fashion obsessions that seem attractive to me at the moment. I am going to show you my new favourite trends inspired by my latest favourite sport: surf.

Todos lo que me seguís desde hace ya un tiempo, sabéis que me gusta hacer mis propias tendencias que seguir, es decir recojo todo lo que me llama la atención en este momento y lo llevo al terreno de la moda y la belleza. Hoy, os he traído una serie de tendencias basadas en un deporte que últimamente me llama mucho la atención: el surf.

1. Ombré hair: The idea of sunkissed hair is so attractive to me, I love it! Stay tuned because I will talk you a bit more about that soon ;)

 1.Mechas californianas/ Degradado: El efecto de aclarado del peo por el sol, a mi personalmente me llama bastante la atención y de hecho muy pronto os hablaré de ello ;)

 

  2. Nude lips. Nothing screams sexy more tan a well done nude lip. I have been thinking about making a video about how to achieve that look. If you would like to see that, leave me a comment down below!

 

2.Labios nude: No hay nada mas sexy en veranito que unos labios nude. He estado pensando en grabar un video dónde os enseñe como conseguirlo y mis productos favoritos. ¿Os apetece? ¡Pues déjame un comentario y os lo tendré listo en breves!

 

3. Aqua Eyeliner: One of my signature looks!

Hoy os traigo un proyecto muy divertido, en el que os voy a llevar de viaje a la elegancia de la serie de televisión de Telecinco " Galerías Paradise ( si estáis despistadillos podéis verlo en Mitele). Me he enamorado de los outfits sobrios y monocromáticos que contrastan con las tendencias neón actuales, además de  su maquillaje hiper natural.¿Queréis ir adecuadas a nuestro viaje en el tiempo? ¡Aquí os dejo las claves para un look vintage  fácil!
Hi Dolls! So for today, I have a little fun project based on the tv show " The paradise". I am going to take you to a lovely trip to achieve the perfect vintage natural look. I fell in love with their elegant outfits and naturally beautiful make up, that are so far away form the neon trends right now... Here are to you all the tips and tricks to get the vintage look in an easy way.

1. Go for a one tone outfit/ Outfits monocromáticos
2. Lace and silk/ Seda y Encaje
3. Barroque inspired jewellery ( so easy to find now that is on trend) / Bisutería de estilo barroco ( Muy fácil de encontrar poque es una tendencia reciente)
4. Mary janes as shoes-the always help us to get our vintage on!/ Unos Mary janes como estos que siempre dan el toque vintage del outfit.

 Let's go for the flawless face make up that the actors rock in the show.
Vamos a ver cómo recrear el look de tez perfecta que lucen las actrices.

1. Medium/High coverage powder/ Polvos de cobertura media o alta, según vuestras necesidades.
2. Natural rose-peach blush ( this tone makes it more natural!)/ Colorete rosado con un toque melocotón para que parezca más natural.
3. Mascara. Any that looks slightly natural will work/ Máscara de pestañas. Cualquiera que nos permita obtener un acabado natural nos viene de perlas.

Last but not least, let's go for a simple easy and charming hair look that the main role actually wears on the first scenes of the first episode and also it is a must for celebrities as you can see in the picture!
Por últimos vamos a por un recogido encantador, que vemos lucir a la protagonista en las primeras escenas y a celebrities como la de la foto. Apto para prácticamente todos los tipos de cabello...¿Que peinado da más? Ninguno!

1. Part your hair to the side, take two medium strands of hair back and secure them with bobby pins. / Raya al lado, cogemos dos mechones medianos y los llevamos a la parte de atrás.Para acabar, los fijamos con horquillas ( ¡si son monas mejor!)

Let your hair Shine On ;) 10 Commandments for super shiny

Hi Dolls! S are you ready to rock your crazy shiny hair and drive some hotties crazy? I know you are and with this 10 commandments you are gonna own their sight ;)

1. Use heat: At the salon, the stylists usually put you under the dryer during treatments to open your hair's cuticles; so slather on conditioner, pop on a shower cap, and blast it with your hair blow-dryer.
2. Detox your hair: Use a clarifying shampoo once a week to get rid of hair-dulling buildup.
3. Comb properly: Use a paddle brush or even a wide-tooth comb on DRY hair to distribute the natural oils from roots to ends.
4. Go Ionic: Ionic hair tools every now and then, not only make you stay away form flyaways but also give your hair a very sexy sheer.
5. Eat  right: Almonds are an amazing beach snack so grab those and rock your beachy waves.
6. Rinse with cold: It will seal the cuticle for a shine surface. A final blast from your dryer's cold setting gives your hair even more shine
7. Squeeze out water: After you shampoo make sure you get rid of all the excess water. This is so simple but it will make your conditioner work even better!
8. Towel-dry-gently. Patting firmly from roots to ends but being really careful with your hair you do not want to damage it yourself!
9. Lighten up: Look for lightweight styling products that boos your shine without being overpowering.
10. 10. Use a mask: I recommend looking for argan oil deep conditioning mask, which can get quite expensive but I found one for a reasonable price at target ( Check out the first image number 10)
