 ¿Soy la única que está obsesionda con Alexa Chung? ¡No os creo! Hoy te traigo un vídeo en el que te enseño como recrear el maquillaje característico de Alexa.

My Personal Sleep-Well Routine

 I am not the sleepiest person ever. I don't need a lot of rest to be energized, which is probably the reason why quick naps help me when I have a little too much to get done, like today. Recently, I have been waking up earlier, just because I have been trying to update as much as I can my blog and Youtube channel and I need longer days for that #ShineOnWorkaholic.
In order to fulfil my daily goals and to keep up with my crazy schedule, I have improved my night routine, here's how:
Firstly, after cleaning my face and brushing my teeth I do some beauty-indulging. I load my lips on vaseline as it was a mask and I use my Orange & Chocolate hand cream,which by the way is the most soothing smell ever.
No soy la persona más dormilona del mundo, de hecho, no necesito mucho descanso para estar al 100%. Por eso, las siestas me funcionan a la perfección cuando tengo muchas cosas que hacer, como hoy. Últimamente, me he estado levantando muy pronto, básicamente porque quiero actualizar más el blog y YouTube. En definitiva, necesito días con más horas.  #ShineOnAdictaAlTrabajo. 
Para seguir el ritmo a mis días, he mejorado mi rutina diaria. Aquí os dejo mis trucos:
Primero, después de limpiarme la cara y lavarme los dientes, es el momento de embadurnarme los labios en vaselina y usar mi crema de manos de naranja y chocolate, cuyo aroma es muy relajante.

1. The Secret

2. Whichever book I may be reading at the moment

Después, toca hacer una visita al "País de las historias de amor"  también conocido como, mi estantería. Allí siempre cojo 2 libros:
1. El Secreto

2. Cualquiera que esté leyendo en el momento.

                   
 "The Secret" is my favourite inspirational book, I just love how it fills me with positive thoughts and makes me relaxed before falling asleep, which is key to have an easy sleep.

"El Secreto" es mi libro favorito, me encanta como me llena de energía positiva y me prepara para descansar y bajar el ritmo, por primera vez en todo el día.

Photoshoots 101/ ¿Cómo salir bien en las fotos?

I have so many people that come to me and tell me how photogenic I am when all I do is having fun with the pictures, so here are some of my tips to look hot in the shots ;)

1. Love your own beauty: There is absolutely no way that you would love any pic you are in if you do not actually love your own beauty. As I always say: " Confidence has endless uses" so this is one!/ Aprende a querer tu propia belleza: Hay miles y miles tipos de belleza, tantos como personas y si no aprendes a querer tus rasgos, no va a haber fotógrafo capaz de sacar la foto de tus sueños porque amas algo que tú no eres. Como yo siempre digo: " La confianza en uno mismo es muy práctica" y éste es uno de sus usos.
2. Stand up straight/ ¡Ponte recta!
3. Laugh a little: Thinking the camera is your best friend ALWAYS works/ ¡Ríete! Pensar que la cámara es tu mejor amiga ayuda SIEMPRE.
4. Feel what you are trying to express with your face: if you wanna look fearless, feel fearless. I think we all have those pictures in which we are trying- way too hard- to look happy and we look fake, so this is the perfect advice for that. Siente lo que estás intentando reflejar en la foto: Todos tenemos alguna que otra foto por ahí- a punto de ser quemada- en la que intentamos estar felicísimos y parecemos más falsos que el decirlo...¿El problema? Tú cara no miente, reflejas lo que sientes...Así que procura trabajar en eso ;)
5. Make up wise: Playing up your lips and adding a flush is the typical advice that everyone tells us but adding sparkly eyeshadow in the inner corner is the kind of pro tip that you can get at my blog ;)En cuanto al maquillaje, el típico consejo de añadir colorete y algo de color a los labios está más que visto, queremos tips profesionales, y dónde mejor los dan es aquí en Shine On, así que coge papel y lápiz y apunta: sombra iluminadora en el lagrimal y agrandarás la mirada fácilmente ;)
6. Have fun! It is JUST A PICTURE not the end of the world. Y por último: por el amor de Dios, ¡Diviértete! Es una foto, no el fin del mundo :)
