My Personal Sleep-Well Routine

 I am not the sleepiest person ever. I don't need a lot of rest to be energized, which is probably the reason why quick naps help me when I have a little too much to get done, like today. Recently, I have been waking up earlier, just because I have been trying to update as much as I can my blog and Youtube channel and I need longer days for that #ShineOnWorkaholic.
In order to fulfil my daily goals and to keep up with my crazy schedule, I have improved my night routine, here's how:
Firstly, after cleaning my face and brushing my teeth I do some beauty-indulging. I load my lips on vaseline as it was a mask and I use my Orange & Chocolate hand cream,which by the way is the most soothing smell ever.
No soy la persona más dormilona del mundo, de hecho, no necesito mucho descanso para estar al 100%. Por eso, las siestas me funcionan a la perfección cuando tengo muchas cosas que hacer, como hoy. Últimamente, me he estado levantando muy pronto, básicamente porque quiero actualizar más el blog y YouTube. En definitiva, necesito días con más horas.  #ShineOnAdictaAlTrabajo. 
Para seguir el ritmo a mis días, he mejorado mi rutina diaria. Aquí os dejo mis trucos:
Primero, después de limpiarme la cara y lavarme los dientes, es el momento de embadurnarme los labios en vaselina y usar mi crema de manos de naranja y chocolate, cuyo aroma es muy relajante.

Then, I go to "Love Stories Land" aka my bookshelf, and grab 2 books:

1. The Secret

2. Whichever book I may be reading at the moment

Después, toca hacer una visita al "País de las historias de amor"  también conocido como, mi estantería. Allí siempre cojo 2 libros:
1. El Secreto

2. Cualquiera que esté leyendo en el momento.

                   
 "The Secret" is my favourite inspirational book, I just love how it fills me with positive thoughts and makes me relaxed before falling asleep, which is key to have an easy sleep.

"El Secreto" es mi libro favorito, me encanta como me llena de energía positiva y me prepara para descansar y bajar el ritmo, por primera vez en todo el día.

A Natural Moisturizer Review

Since yesterday I uploaded a "Skincare Routine" video, you can probably tell that I have been pretty obsessed with this subject. Just a few days after filming that video, I went shopping and found myself really attracted to Bio skincare products. Why Bio? Because they are based on natural products and avoid harsh substances that can be damaging to your skin. Sounds good, right?
From all those products, this one absolutely caught my eye, because it has 2 of my favourite natural ingredients that I had tried before, on their own, and my skin reacted amazingly to them. The ingredients I am talking about are: aloe vera and Karité. The aloe vera, besides moisturizing, repairs my skin like no other and the karité provides me long lasting moisture. When it comes to the texture I will say it is a bit thicker than the ones I am used to but not too oily at all. I have combination to oily skin and for the winter I need something like this for the morning.

Ya que ayer subí un vídeo a mi canal en inglés sobre mi rutina facial, supongo que os habéis dado cuenta de que vuestra Andrea está un pelín obsesionada con los productos de cuidado facial. Pero es que encima vienen a mí, sí tal cual lo leéis, resulta que el otro día haciendo la compra en CARREFOUR, encontré una línea de cuidado facial BIO y no me pude resistir a cogerme esta hidatante de día. ¿Por qué Bio? Porque sus ingredientes son totalmente naturales y no contiene parabenos ni esas sustancias que tan poco bien nos hacen a la piel. Concretamente, esta crema contiene: aloe vera y manteca de Karité. Dos productos naturales, que ya he probado por separado y os digo sinceramente que lo bien que mi piel reacciona a ambos es impresionante. El aloe vera repara, mientras que la manteca de karité nos asegura suavidad e hidratación por más tiempo.
En cuanto a la textura, es más concentrada de lo que estoy acostumbrada pero no es demasiado grasa, y de hecho para usarla por la mañana debajo del maquillaje me viene perfecto, especialmente para los meses más fríos, en los que me piel a pesar de ser mixta, se seca un poco más.
¿Habéis probado algún producto Bio de cuidado facial? He estado viendo algunas youtubers que hablan sobre cosmética natural, ¿Tenéis alguna favorita?
