Los MUST de esta semana

Por fin ha llegado el fin de semana, y con él, el momento de que me siente a escribir sobre aquellos productos que mejor me están funcionando. Son las estrellas de esta semana, y entre ellas hay productos de más alta gama y otros "low cost" para hacerlo más interesante. ¿A quién no le gusta descubrir una ganga?

1. Benefit - Brow Zings: Yo tengo el tono más claro y debo decir que no es del todo apto para rubias muy claras, aunque si ya se os ha oscurecido el pelo con la edad- como me pasa a mí - os aseguro que es perfecto.  Incluye: cera con color, polvo para fijar (también con color), pinzas, y dos pinceles- cada uno apto para los dos productos que vienen. Pues bien, las pinzas son las mejores que he tenido en mi vida, son precisas y se mantienen como el primer día. Además,creo que el kit está integrado por productos que entre sí consigue en el efecto deseado: unas cejas perfectas.

2.Astor -  Labial ( Kate Moss ) en el tono 127: Es el labial que utilicé en mi tutorial de Halloween, y creo que es perfecto por dos razones: Alta pigmentación y éste color en concreto, ya que favorece a cualquier tono de piel. Además, me parece que un pintalabios rojo es un buen fondo de armario.

3. Essence - Soft & Natural: Muchas de vosotras, me habéis escrito repetidas veces preguntándome sobre una base de maquillaje que cubra las imperfecciones y que fuese apta para todos los bolsillos. Pues bien, esta es mi respuesta. Es una base muy cubriente pero favorecedora, ideal para cada día porque dura muchísimo, aunque sí es cierto que creo necesario combinarla con un iluminador, para adaptarla ala tendencia actual, porque no es para nada jugosa, lo que la hace ideal para pieles mixtas o grasas.

4. Deliplus - Eyeliner blanco y negro: Seguro que sabéis que los años 60 son para mí muy especiales, básicamente porque me identifico mucho con ellos. Pues bien, uno de mis looks de maquillaje favoritos ha sido delinear la parte superior  del ojo en negro y luego, repasarlo en blanco con un lápiz. Abre muchísimo la mirada y, sobre todo si estáis cansadas, os va a venir genial.

5. Essence - Sombra en crema: Yo soy de las que les gusta arreglarse en 5 minutos de reloj, por eso siempre estoy investigando sobre productos cuya aplicación sea sencilla. Y este, es uno de ellos. Hay una gama de colores muy favorecedores y naturales, pero me enamoré de éste en tono bronce porque es muy bonito tanto para el día como para un evento de noche.

        ¿Cuál es vuestro imprescindible de maquillaje en este momento?

La mejor hidratante diaria y por qué te va a enamorar

Si tienes la piel mixta, como yo, e incluso grasa, seguro que una de las tareas más difíciles para ti es encontrar una hidratante de día. Algunas son demasiado aceitosas y otras, apenas te hacen nada- todo eso sin tener en cuenta lo mucho que te irritan la piel algunas otras.

Aunque las "Bb creams" prometan hidratar, lo cierto es que tu piel necesita una hidratación más "auténtica", y, sobre todo libre de maquillaje. Así que por la mañana, si utilizas algún tipo de base de maquillaje que aporte color, antes debes nutrir tu piel.

Concretamente, la que yo he estado utilizando últimamente contiene protección solar y es matificante. Y, si hay algo que he notado, es que funciona genial debajo de mi base de maquillaje, dejándome así la piel mucho más bonita.

Formas de utilización

Ya os he dicho que es un producto que para mí es perfecto, y si hay algo que ha cambiado con los años en mi rutina de belleza es que me he vuelto más práctica y necesito" productos todo-terreno" que me den más con menos.

1. Primer:

Es cierto que muchos maquilladores son fieles defensores de la utilización de pre-bases que "borran" los poros y suavizan las arrugas y líneas de expresión. Yo, no necesito esa función anti-aging y es por eso quizá que no me acaban de conquistar este tipo de productos. Sin embargo, utilizando esta crema hidratante sí que noto que mi piel queda mucho más bonita, y que me aguanta la base en mejores condiciones y sin brillos.

Además de acuerdo con mi maquilladora favorita, que es y será Bobbi Brown ( a la cual estoy haciendo rica porque me compro todos sus libros, pero bueno), lo mejor que puedes hacer antes de maquillarte es utilizar una buena hidratante.

  2. Como Hidratante de Mañana: 

Tras la limpieza y la tonificación, es el turno de la hidratante- porque serum no utilizo por la mañana. Y, si en vez de utilizar cualquier otra sin factor de protección solar, utilizáis esta mejor que mejor. Ya que lo ideal es proteger la piel del sol todo el año, y más aún tras una exfoliación o mascarilla agresiva. 

Truco: Si utilizas un tónico de Clinique, DEBES utilizar protección solar porque se trata de una exfoliación química y es mejor proteger la piel.

  3. Como protector solar:

Se y conozco a usuarias de este producto como mero protector solar, sin embargo yo, para la exposición solar directa, me parece que se queda corto. Pero, como todo, depende de cada tipo de piel.

Como muchas sabéis, no puedo acabar un review sin darle una puntuación ( que yo soy mucho de dar mi opinión, por eso tengo un blog, vaya )

El único "pero" que le encuentro es el aroma, a mí me gustan los productos faciales con poco o nulo perfume, sobre todo si es floral, porque sencillamente me agobia. Debo decir que el olor desaparece en pocos minutos, pero considero que hay gente a la que, como a mí les puede importar tal característica. 

Te dejo aquí, mi rutina facial hasta que venga el frío definitivamente, ya que vivo en Baleares y aquí frío lo que se dice frío todavía no hace.

Hydro White LadyKin Review

Manteca de karité, moras, rosas y ningún agente estresante de la piel que pueda causar un auténtico desastre en pieles sensibles, son algunos de los componentes que lleva- y deja de llevar- esta crema que promete igualar el tono.

Yo llevo utilizándola aproximadamente un mes así que creo que ya os puedo dar una opinión más basada en la práctica- que para eso estáis aquí, vaya.

                                                     ¿Qué me temía?

1- Ser casper, y es que para igualar el tono, hay que aclararlo así que mi miedo era ser aún más Blancanieves.

2- Que iba a tener que utilizarla muy a menudo para obtener resultados y consecuentemente estar muy blanca.

                                                          Resultados

Pues no, no me he quedado Casper, la utilizo cada dos noches y me veo el tono más igualado pero no excesivamente blanca. Tras haber leído esto me diréis:" Ostras, pues has encontrado EL REMEDIO". Pues perfecta, perfecta no es ya que para el día no la puedo utilizar, al ser un tratamiento que, en mayor o menor medida aclara el tono. Es perfecto para la noche, y sobretodo en verano, ya que mi piel tras la playa está bastante seca ( y eso que la tengo mixta, sino papel de lija).

Si lo que quieres es acabar con marcas y/o manchas este es tu producto. Si buscas un producto de un tratamiento similar que usar por la mañana, recuerda buscar uno que contenga protección solar relativamente alta para evitar más manchas. O, también puedes utilizar este con un filtro de protección solar. Aunque en mi caso no me encuentro cómoda con ambos productos a  la vez, así que prefiero seguir usándola de noche.

                                                         Puntuación: 7.5/10

Me gustaría que fuese más versátil sin embargo, me gustan mucho que sus ingredientes sean naturales y funcione a las mil maravillas.

This week all I have been able to say is: " I am tired". Final exams are here and I have been stressed and having a really rough time to get "in the zone" the previous days before an exam. Desperate needs claim for desperate measures so, I created my own "happy hour". No, it has nothing to do with alcohol, in fact it is the time I allowed myself to read as much as I wanted ( up to an hour) and sprayed my favourite perfume. It felt absolutely luxurious and soon became my best secret tool to ace my exams.

                                                     What have I been reading?

1 Teach me-Amy Lynn Steele:

This summer love story will keep you asking for more from the very first page. I just could not put this one down. Even though I felt like a was reading a book that the 15 year old me would have fancied, I absolutely enjoyed it. It got a bit cheesy at times, not gonna lie, but it was necessary because both of the characters are such hopeless romantics that they could not avoid those too-sweet-to-be-true lines. 

I think it is such a great gift for your own little sister, because it is full of life lessons that the teenage me could really have used.

2.The boy who sneaks in my bedroom window- Kirsty Moseley:

Who could resis to this title? Obviously, not me. This is my current read and another really sweet story. This one is a bit more slower than the other one, but in a very pleasant way. Trust me, you do not want the author to sum up this scenes. In fact, I often find myself imagining more of it. And that is a lot to say from someone who tends to rush between pages. It feels like a daily vacation when I read this book. I stop being Andrea and become this fearful female with a horrible past and a bright future. 

Every page is a lesson about how love should feel and how naturally it should arise. It makes sense why certain love stories don't success, because the most essential was missing, mutual unconditional support.

Marinsh Make Up Master Class

Yesterday, me and my best friend Lily ( @Lilyalos) went for a make up masterclass at Marinsh. We were able to learn with celebrities favourite make up brand: Kevyn Aucoin. Sonia, who is incredibly nice and sweet, made the experience so much more enjoyable. It almost felt like a best friend's reunion sharing tips about make up. Wanna know which secret tips our new friend Sonia, taught us?

1. Eye Cream: It is never too soon to start taking care of such a sensitive area.
2. Moisturizer: Using a moisturizer before your make up, makes such an unbelievable difference. Click here to check out my current favourite.
3. Foundation: We used the " Airbrush finish Liquid Foundation" which left my skin feeling really fresh and natural. In my opinion, this foundation has a medium to low coverage, which is the type of coverage I typically go for. She used number 07 on me and a lighter shade on Lily.

4. Then we set the foundation with a translucent powder from the same brand, that to my surprise did not look ashy at all.

5 After setting our make up, it was time for using a bronzing powder on our forehead, nose and temples.

6. We couldn't forget about our blush right? In my case I used an apricot blush in " Dolline Apricot" that really brightened up my face.

7. For the lips we used Alurabliss that is a beautiful clear lip gloss with blue toned glitter, that not only pumps up your lips but makes your teeth look even more white.

8. Lily got her eyebrows filled and looked amazing, while I am naturally "blessed" with my own Cara Delevigne thick and full eyebrows that need no extra intensity.

9. Eyeshadow: Lily went for a matte eye shadow in a natural color and I had to go for a shimmering one to spice up my eyes.

10. We had our natural look finished with mascara and some black eye pencil, that was smoked out in my case.

11. Concealer at the end to cover the spots that fondation has already covered and also for under eye cleaning :)

1. Contorno de ojos: Nunca es demasiado pronto para mimarse y un buen contorno es el aliado perfecto del corrector.
2. Crema Hidratante: Es abismal la diferencia entre usar una crema hidratante antes del maquillaje y no usarla. ¿Quieres saber cuál es mi favorita actualmente? ¡Haz click aquí!
3. Base de Maquillaje: Utilizamos la " Airbrush Finish Liquid Foundation " que tiene una cobertura media-baja lo que la convierte en muy natural y una candidata a favorita. En mi caso utilizó la número 07 y en el caso de Lily un tono un poco más claro.
4. Después, toca fijar la base con unos polvos translúcidos de la misma marca, que para mi sorpresa no dejaron ese efecto blanquecino que suelen dejar este tipo de productos. Lo aplicamos a toquecitos y en poca cantidad para obtener los mejores resultados.
5. Llega el turno de los polvos bronceadores que aplicamos en la frente, nariz, pómulos y cuello, de nuevo a toquecitos y sin abusar.
6. No nos podemos saltar el paso del colorete, así que en mi caso era el turno de un tono amelocotonado mientras que para Lily Sonia eligió un tono más rosa. El tono que yo llevo es el " Dolline Apricot" también de Kevyn Aucoin.
7. Llegamos al turno de las cejas, en el caso de Lily Sonia se las rellenó con un lápiz muy sutilmente, mientras que en mi caso no hizo falta ( una de las pocas ventajas de tener las cejas a lo Cara Delevigne )
8. En cuanto a las sombras, para Lily escogimos un tono mate un tanto amelocotonado, mientras que para mí un tono cobre con shimmer ( Whisper)
9. Para el Lipgloss, yo utilicé el tono Alurabliss con shimmer azul que además de dar volumen, persigue crear una ilusión de dientes más blancos. Con lo cual ideal para aplicar sólo o acompañado de un labial en tonos anaranjados de esos con los que no nos acabamos de ver del todo favorecidas. Mientras que para Lily Sonia escogió un tono nude muy favorecedor.
10. Para finalizar nuestro look natural, difuminamos un lápiz negro, delineando el párpado móvil. Mientras que para el caso de Lily sólo delineamos el ojo obteniendo un resultado más limpio.
11. El último paso es el corrector ya que de esta manera no sólo evitamos cubrir imperfecciones que la base de por si ya haya cubierto, sino que aprovechamos para eliminar cualquier resto de sombra que haya podido quedar en la ojera.

A Natural Moisturizer Review

Since yesterday I uploaded a "Skincare Routine" video, you can probably tell that I have been pretty obsessed with this subject. Just a few days after filming that video, I went shopping and found myself really attracted to Bio skincare products. Why Bio? Because they are based on natural products and avoid harsh substances that can be damaging to your skin. Sounds good, right?
From all those products, this one absolutely caught my eye, because it has 2 of my favourite natural ingredients that I had tried before, on their own, and my skin reacted amazingly to them. The ingredients I am talking about are: aloe vera and Karité. The aloe vera, besides moisturizing, repairs my skin like no other and the karité provides me long lasting moisture. When it comes to the texture I will say it is a bit thicker than the ones I am used to but not too oily at all. I have combination to oily skin and for the winter I need something like this for the morning.

Ya que ayer subí un vídeo a mi canal en inglés sobre mi rutina facial, supongo que os habéis dado cuenta de que vuestra Andrea está un pelín obsesionada con los productos de cuidado facial. Pero es que encima vienen a mí, sí tal cual lo leéis, resulta que el otro día haciendo la compra en CARREFOUR, encontré una línea de cuidado facial BIO y no me pude resistir a cogerme esta hidatante de día. ¿Por qué Bio? Porque sus ingredientes son totalmente naturales y no contiene parabenos ni esas sustancias que tan poco bien nos hacen a la piel. Concretamente, esta crema contiene: aloe vera y manteca de Karité. Dos productos naturales, que ya he probado por separado y os digo sinceramente que lo bien que mi piel reacciona a ambos es impresionante. El aloe vera repara, mientras que la manteca de karité nos asegura suavidad e hidratación por más tiempo.
En cuanto a la textura, es más concentrada de lo que estoy acostumbrada pero no es demasiado grasa, y de hecho para usarla por la mañana debajo del maquillaje me viene perfecto, especialmente para los meses más fríos, en los que me piel a pesar de ser mixta, se seca un poco más.
¿Habéis probado algún producto Bio de cuidado facial? He estado viendo algunas youtubers que hablan sobre cosmética natural, ¿Tenéis alguna favorita?

A Cellairis Review: "Live, Iphone Live...!"

Hi Dolls! I am bringing you a review of the most popular brand "Cellairis" by Elle&Blair this time is an Iphone 5 case that I got a couple days ago to try and review. First of all I love the quote, in fact if I wanted to get a tattoo this would be it. And what's more, I was not expecting the little rhinestone in the "i" to be as high quality as it is. I love the material of the case, but it is quite delicate (even more than my other crystal case) so be careful! The quality-price relationship is pretty amazing ( $24.99). You can get it at www.cellairis.com and it makes a great Valentine's day gift for you fashionable GFs!

• The story behind the quote: The quote "live" is a tattoo on one of the designer's wrist. The message behind to me is take off from cloud 9 and enjoy every single moment, make it count ( yes, just like Leo Dicaprio says on Titanic) Trust me this is something that I totally need to put in my iphone because I often buy a ticket to  "Andrealand" and it takes a bad experience to bring me back to our planet... What can I say? I am such an advanced daydreamer!

Get Cozy! It is a book review: Time Between Us - Tamara Ireland Stone

Hi Beautiful readers! I have been wanting to do a review of this baby for a while and I finally got time to do it!

The book tells the story of two lovers that travel through time. While I was amazed with this superpower, I shortly learnt that it was as cool as dangerous and since Bennett Cooper is the first one with this special talent, he has to teach himself when it is right to use and when it is a huge mistake... I found this part the most interesting, how he kept his gift with good use most of the time. Anna and Bennett have the most amazing and creative dates, but there is an entire mystery that revolves around him and he has to tell her little by little, which obviously keeps her even more interested in the guy she saw while running that morning!
What I liked the most? How brave she is with falling in love and moving on to have him back. At first I did not really love Bennett, to me he just was not the typical love interest, but a couple chapters later I was officially hooked in the story and head over heels for that mystery guy... You can gift this to your little sister as there are not bed scenes, there is just one a bit in that field but not really, so totally for a younger public . Even though I still enjoyed it ( I read it in 4 days) and it is one of my favorite books ever, if you just read 50 shades of Grey, this is not something similar to that... I thought I should let you know that :)

Cellairis Phone Case Review

Beauty And The City: L'oreal Nude Magique BB Cream

Hi Dolls! Hope you had a glorious weekend! Today I was in the mood of making a review of this new product!
-Why did I buy it?

1.  I wanted/ needed a new and darker foundation because I have been getting much tanner than I used to be in March which when I bought my latest foundation.
2. I was very curious about the formula of a BB cream
3. My skin has been very saturated because of my latest foundation that has a very high coverage and it is quite creamy and heavy and I felt like I needed to start using something much more lighter.

- Did I like it?

1. Texture: It has little beads that exfoliate your skin very lightly and then turns into your skin colour. Mark 8/10
2. Colour: I find the colour it is very beige and it matches my skin perfectly. 10/10
3. Coverage: It gives very light coverage but i is exactly what I wanted. 6/10
4. Shiny Skin? Not really, my skin is combination and I have set it a it with the bronzer and it worked very nicely with and without it. 7/10
5. Smell? Very light and fresh. 9/10
6. How it feels: It feels super soft on my skin and it gives such a natural effect that I could barely tell I was wearing foundation. 8.5/10

Maybelline Super Stay Lip tint- NOT SPONSORED REVIEW+ TRICK TO USE THE PRODUCT

Hi Lovelies! So today's post is a Review. I have seen many sponsored reviews online which to me, they are  useless if they are not allowed to tell their very own opinions about the product by the company and sometimes some gurus don't say if they are or not, so I decided to go and buy one and try it myself!
First of all the packaging is adorable (you can see it on the video I filmed for my summer essentials). The brush is curved so it is so easy to apply even though for my sensitive lips I made a change: I apply vaseline or lip balm before I use the tint ( It can be drying) and I apply the tint afterwards, with his trick it feels smoother and even though it last over 5 hours with this trick I still prefer replying than the dry lips feeling. The pigmentation is fabulous and very buildable which is my fav part so I can do a natural look or a bold lip with the same product. Overall mark: 9

Perfume review: Wonderstruck .Another celebrity (bad smellin') scent?

Once upon a time there was a perfume made by a celebrity, then you went to smell it and almost passed away... Not this time! This is not another weird smelling bottled with a celebrity name on it. This is A-mazing it smeels sweet but not to heavy it a day- to- night perfect scent. The packaging is just going to blow your mind but the bottle on itself with that iridescent glow it is so beautiful that doubles up as a decor newbie for your room! But lets get straight to the main point of the perfume... does it last? YES it really lasts I cannot say the same thing about well know perfumes like Lacoste Pink ( I have to reply it all the time) but this one does last!
Even though it is soft you have to love vanilla scent or peach as these are the ones that I can really smell, the amber included is easy to notice too but I love the warm that it gives to perfume so that it is good enough to wear it at night.

Les Jeans by Chanel: A Coco Blue Review

This is Les Jeans collection by Chanel! I Love all of these shades but Coco Blue ( The one in the middle) is my favorite one! I own it and I love it, so since they don't come cheap ( We all know Chanel prices and their craziness) I wanted to do a review about them.


First of all, thy do last  a lot, I was super duper impressed about that as they are BETTER than the OPI nail polishes. They go smoother, they have crazy pigmentation, they won't make your nose want to die (as some nail polishes). As I said the shade I own ( Coco Blue ) has some sort of settled iridescent pearly effect to it that is so unique and precious! You totally feel like a million bucks with this baby on your nails :)
Of course you can find similar colors but the pearly effect is not on them at least on the ones I have checked out at my local drugstore, so I think they are specially worth the investment... Even though that pearl thing going on there is super settled so if you are more of a matt girl type of person you will still enjoy this nail polish.
